Your Month of Running

Hi all!!

I’m so excited to tell you all that I am announcing a month dedicated to getting better at running!

This is how it’s going to work:

Every Wednesday morning a new goal will be posted for you all to read. You  may be wondering, why Wednesday morning?? I have decided to give you your goals mid-week, so you can work through the tougher part, staying on track through the weekend! While weekends may give you more time to run, you also have more time to slack.

The goal of this running series is to help you become a better runner through:

personal motivation, my motivation, and small, easy to attain goals.
