When it comes to eating healthy, I am no stranger to pizza and ice cream. I am also a non-intentional practicer of mindless eating. What can I say, I like my food!

Food To Fuel A Fit Figure?!

My recent amazing food discovery… I think I tweeted a picture of it a while back… is homemade oatmeal. But, I haven’t been working all week, so I’ve been playing around with more food creations and have perfected my oatmeal and thought I would share with a quick breakdown.

Apple-tastic

Admit it, you’re guilty… of being a little over-zealous at the apple orchard and still having five pounds of apples laying around. It’s okay, who wouldn’t go crazy with a picker in one hand an empty bag in the other — it’s only natural.

Warm, (EASY!) baked ravioli for a chilly fall night

Dinner tonight = homemade baked spinach ricotta ravioli… YUM! I promise you it’s easy — let’s be honest, if I can do it, you can too!

You need:

  • Ricotta
  • Spinach (frozen or not, I used frozen and just cooked it in a skillet for a minute)
  • Nasoya won ton wraps
